ความจริงแล้วแต่ละสำนักสอนถูกทั้งนั้น เพราะเป็นไปตามจริตของผู้ปฏิบัติ คนเรามีหลายจริตต่างกัน เมื่อท่านปฏิบัติด้วยจริตแบบหนึ่งแล้วได้ผล ท่านก็สอนตามแบบที่ได้ผลนั้น จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ดี และทำให้มีวิธีการหลากหลายมากขึ้น ใครปฏิบัติแล้วได้ผลอย่างไร ก็ควรสอนไปตามนั้น ถือว่าถูกต้องในแบบของตน เพราะโลกนี้มีคนอยู่ถึง 7,000 ล้านคน จะให้ไปช่วยทุกคนย่อมเป็นไปไม่ได้ ใครปฏิบัติได้แค่ไหนก็ช่วยกันไปตามนั้นก่อน

เมื่อผู้ปฏิบัติได้ผลแล้วต้องการเรียนรู้ก้าวหน้าต่อไป ก็ต้องขวนขวายหาครูบาอาจารย์มาสอนเพิ่มเติมด้วยตนเอง ฝ่ายก็จะพาไปเจอครูบาอาจารย์ที่เหมาะสม ทุกอย่างล้วนมีฉากหลังทั้งสิ้น เราไม่ได้อยู่คนเดียว แต่ละคนมีฉากหลัง มีสายธาตุสายของตัวเองคอยดูแลอยู่นับไม่ถ้วน เพียงแต่ฝ่ายก็พยายามจะแทรกแซงปิดกั้น ทำให้ดูเหมือนเราโดดเดี่ยวเท่านั้นเอง

Someone asked: our teacher's talks conclude that we don't need to do anything at all — just let go and know. So why do so many different traditions still teach so many varied methods of practice, when the teachers themselves have already summed it up this simply?

In truth, every tradition teaches correctly, because each teaches according to the disposition of its practitioners. People have many different temperaments. When a teacher practices according to a particular temperament and it produces results, that teacher then teaches according to what worked — and this is a good thing, since it produces a greater variety of methods. Whoever gets results from a given approach should teach according to that approach; each is correct within its own frame. This world holds some seven billion people, and it's simply impossible for any one person to help everyone directly — so each teacher helps according to what they're able to reach, and everyone contributes what they can.

Once a practitioner has gotten results and wants to keep learning and progressing, they must actively seek out further teachers to guide them onward. The wholesome side will lead them to the right teacher for that stage. Everything has a backdrop behind it — we are never truly alone. Each of us has our own backdrop, our own lineage of elements and watching over us in countless ways; it is only side that keeps trying to interfere and obstruct, which is what makes us feel isolated in the first place.
